Refund and Exchange Policy
1. Digital Software Delivery
Stryker GOLD products are digital MT4 Expert Advisor software licenses. Delivery may include EA files, license activation, setup guidance, recommended settings, documentation, and access to support. Because the product is digital and access can be delivered immediately, purchases are treated differently from physical goods.
2. Standard Refund Position
All full EA license purchases and 30-day test access purchases are final once the software, license access, setup files, or activation guidance has been delivered. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, failure to follow setup instructions, broker restrictions, VPS instability, spread/slippage conditions, trading losses, or market performance outcomes.
3. Technical Support First
If you experience an installation or activation problem, contact support before opening a payment dispute. We will assist with MT4 setup, license activation checks, broker symbol naming, VPS guidance, and recommended settings review.
4. Exchange or Credit Review
At our discretion, we may review a credit or exchange request only when a verified technical issue prevents the EA from being installed or activated and the issue is caused by our software rather than broker limitations, user configuration, VPS/internet problems, or incorrect account information. Any approved remedy is limited to replacement access, license correction, technical support, or store credit. Cash refunds are not guaranteed.
5. 30-Day Test Access
The 30-day test option is provided specifically so traders can evaluate Stryker GOLD on their own MT4 setup before purchasing a full license. Test access is time-limited and non-refundable once activated.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Opening a chargeback without first contacting support may lead to suspension of license access, refusal of future service, and submission of delivery/support records to the payment provider. Please contact us first so we can review the issue professionally.
