1. Nature of Our Products
StrykerGOLDfx sells software tools only — specifically, MetaTrader 4 (MT4) or MT5 (by request) Expert Advisors (EAs) for automated XAUUSD (gold) trading. Our products are software licenses, not financial services, investment advice, or managed investment schemes.
We do not manage client funds, provide investment advice, guarantee trading profits, act as a broker or financial intermediary, or hold client trading accounts. All trading decisions, account setup, broker selection, risk configuration, and capital deployment are solely your responsibility.
2. Eligibility
By purchasing, you confirm that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age, (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, (c) trading foreign exchange and CFDs is legal in your jurisdiction, (d) you understand the risks associated with leveraged trading, and (e) you are not purchasing on behalf of a third party without disclosure. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
3. Purchase, Delivery & Access
License Types: Lifetime License — one-time purchase, valid for one live MT4 account and unlimited demos, non-transferable. 30-Day Test Access — time-limited access for one live MT4 account, expires automatically after 30 days. License Transfer — one live account change permitted per 90-day period upon written request.
All products are delivered digitally and instantly to the email provided at checkout. Delivery includes the EA file (.ex4), installation guide, and recommended settings. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is correct. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect emails or spam filters. Each purchase generates a unique license key tied to your MT4 account number. Attempting to circumvent license protection results in immediate termination without refund.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in Section 5. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or transaction fees. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us constitutes a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to permanently ban you from all future purchases, revoke all active licenses, report fraud to relevant authorities, and pursue legal remedies.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 All sales are final. Due to the digital, instantly deliverable nature of software, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstance. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy in full.
5.2 Sole Discretionary Exception: We may, at our sole discretion, consider a partial credit only if: (a) a verified technical defect prevents the EA from executing any trades, AND (b) you provided full cooperation in diagnostics, AND (c) the defect is confirmed to originate from our software — not broker restrictions, VPS issues, incorrect settings, or user error. Remedy is limited to a credit toward future purchases — never a cash refund.
5.3 Reasons NOT qualifying for any remedy: Change of mind, broker restrictions or account limitations, incorrect MT4 account number provided, VPS/hosting/internet problems, loss of trading capital, incompatibility with a non-recommended broker, failure to follow installation instructions, or force majeure events.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, code, algorithms, documentation, branding, and materials are the exclusive property of StrykerGOLDfx. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal trading on the licensed MT4 account only. You may NOT: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble; share, resell, sublicense, lease, or distribute; use for signals, copy trading, or managed accounts for others; remove proprietary notices; use for competitive analysis; or publish performance data without written consent. Violation results in immediate license termination and legal action.
7. User Conduct
You agree NOT to: use our products for illegal purposes; breach license protection; impersonate StrykerGOLDfx; post false or defamatory content; use bots or scrapers; or engage in chargeback fraud. We may terminate your license and ban you without notice.
8. Risk Disclosure & No Guarantees
8.1 Trading Risks: Trading Forex and CFDs on margin carries a high level of risk. You can lose more than your initial deposit. Past performance — whether on Myfxbook, this website, videos, or testimonials — is not indicative of future results.
8.2 No Performance Guarantee: We do NOT guarantee profits, future results matching historical results, compatibility with all brokers, profitability under all market conditions, or specific drawdown limits. Markets are inherently unpredictable.
8.3 Myfxbook & Third-Party Verification: Performance tracking via Myfxbook is for informational purposes only. We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their accuracy or availability.
8.4 No Financial Advice: Nothing on this website constitutes financial advice or investment recommendations. We are not licensed financial advisors. Conduct your own due diligence and consult a licensed professional.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrykerGOLDfx shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of trading capital, profits, data, business interruption, or emotional distress. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific product. You indemnify and hold harmless StrykerGOLDfx from any claims arising from your use of our products or trading activities.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind — merchantability, fitness for purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or compatibility. You assume all risk.
11. Third-Party Services
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for MetaTrader 4, Myfxbook, brokers, VPS providers, payment processors, or Telegram. Broker recommendations are informational only and do not constitute endorsements.
12. Modifications
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any product at any time without notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of our registered business operations. Disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration under recognized arbitration rules. You waive class action rights to the extent permitted by law.
14. Severability
If any provision is invalid, the remainder continues in full force.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and StrykerGOLDfx.
